ETKOM is an ETPOS’ module to manage orders in a restaurant, café, or snack bar. Working with accounts, cards or tables

With accounts you can simultaneously serve multiple customers and create orders without limits. You can also join multiple accounts, correct and cancel items, print pending articles, etc...

Cards allow the definition of three sets with a minimum consumption, line price and/or customizable table association. Management of used and pending cards, if configured to be non-reusable.

With tables you can configure 10 rooms/areas without a limit on the number of tables. Customize the ackgrounds, set different types of tables, line price per room/area, assign tables to operators, transfer items between tables, partial payments, reserves, etc...

Easy management of Promotions

Ability to set ahead various time periods for promotions. Setup promotions of items by price, items per quantity and price per quantity. Ability to define different hourly rates for each day of the week, within three periods of operation, and automatic code conversion of the promoted items sold. Print promotion labels in normal printers, label printers or even on standard receipt printers.

Operator management

Allows up to 999 operators with different levels of administrator permissions. Login with an access code, barcode reader, magnetic card reader or RFID card reader. Management of employees attendance with recording of their entries and exits and print other reports. Recording and printing of items cancelation reports made by operators who have the right access.
